Dr. Christina Cortez, Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY35917), provides culturally informed psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She integrates evidence based approaches including EMDR, CBT, ACT, ERP, mindfulness based therapy, and somatic techniques to support meaningful and lasting change. Dr. Cortez’s work is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique background, identity, and goals. In addition to her private practice, she serves as a psychologist at UC Santa Barbara and has taught at Antioch University.
